VOICE - DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER

Qualified VOICE Design Engineer skilled in Hosted technologies, hosted UNIFIED COMMUNICATION, hosted Microsoft communication technologies, federation, TELECOMMUNICATION & NETWORKING area required for Tier-1 Telecom Service provider to capture, deliver and deploy an OpCo integrated hosted Microsoft based UC product/solution (FMC/IPT based) for enterprise customers in APAC and Europe.

Expected deliverables and scope of work for Network Design Engineer:

- Lead and prepare high & low level design documents for Phase 2 (EU Expansion)
- Integration to core IP Backbone
- Integration to core NGIN voice platform
- Redundancy and resilient network design
- Migration strategy on existing Phase 1 services to Phase 2 architecture
- Lead and prepare high & low level design documents for Expansion in APAC
- Integration to core IP Backbone
- Redundancy and resilient network design
- Integration with EU Phase 2 for pan-regional customers
- Prepare the overall technical test strategy for the projects
- Provide subject matter expert stills for customer on-boarding

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT HOSTED TECHNOLOGIES LIKE LYNC, SHAREPOINT, EXCHANGE, ACTIVE DIRECTORY SERVICES, FEDERATION, CLOUD COMPUTING
- Good experience of implementation, end-to-end network solution design for Tier-1 service provider for Telecommunication in the area of enterprise solution, hosted unified communication solution and services.Hosted Microsoft communication technologies
- Preferred Experience with Tier-1 Service Provider and premium Telco Vendor
- Preferred Experience in implementation and integration of Microsoft services with Call Manager, IPT, IMS, UC Apps
- Proficient and Skilled on VoIP/IMS Protocol - SIP, RTP, MGCP, H.248, Diameter, etc..
- Experience in OSS/BSS and its integration/implementation in Live Network
- Performance Benchmarking
- Experience in Operational Readiness activities
- Good Communication skills - Must be fluent in English - both verbal and written.
- Capable of producing quality documentation like TRS, BRS, Roadmap, Strategy, Commercial Model & Benefits, Dashboards
- Conduct and chair peer reviews, customer requirements analysis
- Optional travel MAY BE required in APAC and Europe
