Your main tasks will be:
+ Build a new virtual enviroment on new hardware
+ Automate installation of VMware
+ Establish policies and procedure for high avaibility
+ Build a monitoring environment
+ Optimize SAN storage for performance an avaibility
+ Build a migration plan for moving the system
+ VMware 5.5 (Certifications VCP5, VCAP5-DCD or similar)
+ Fiber Channel SAN
+ CISCO networking
+ HP 3PAR knowledge nice
+ Englisch spoken and written
