Function Description
Responsibilities:
The visual designer is responsible for ensuring the alignment between the User Interface, the product styling and the corporate identity. He works closely with the
Product Owner, the UI designer and the whole development team and is responsible for creating sound screens and components that are visually appealing
and highly user friendly on both mobile and desktop applications. The visual designer focuses on the aesthetics of the applications and its related materials by
strategically implementing images, colors, fonts, and other elements. He is responsible for enhancing the content of a page or a function by engaging users
and helping to build trust and interest in the brand.

Typical activities:
- Participate to ideation and requirements gathering workshops
- Participate to regular design/development meetings
- Support the design of wireframes
- Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes
- Design key screens both for mobile and desktop applications (responsive)
- Create and ensure the styling of the brand
- Consult, understand and reuse existing interactive and visual components
- Create new visual and interactive components when needed
- Ensure visual and UX consistency

- Assist in the maintenance of the module catalogue

Experience
5 years of experience / seniority in visual and user interface design

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° In depth understanding of web technologies, HTML5.
° Proficient in industry-standard visual and graphic design tools (e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop)
° Working experience with industry-standard user experience and front-end development tools (e.g. Axure, and HTML)
° Proven experience in translating high level needs and requirements into high-fidelity visuals.
° Well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques
° Proven and broad experience in process design (including requirement gathering, wireframing, prototyping, visual design,
development and user testing)
° Experience in delivering projects following Agile / Scrum principles

Preferable
° Preferred experience/ exposure to web banking
