They're looking to bring in an extremely talented Visual Designer to join their existing cross-functional design teams. The successful Visual Designer will need enjoy being challenged and pushed out of their comfort zone. They need to be extremely passionate about visual design and designing to extremely high level.
Ideally, the Visual Designer needs to have experience in design for large complex internal data applications. Data visualisation is key as well as rich designs that can change industry standards.
The client has stipulated, they want someone who has passion about what they do without an ego.
The environment is such that they love collaboration and problem solving is key to success.
