Currently we are looking for a Visual Communications Specialist - Interactive and Motion Design, to join our client's team in Basel.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and support the creation of digital visual communications products for internal and external publication. Work closely with internal client's customers for the creative design of digital media and graphics that reflect and resonate the company culture, engage the target audience and optimally fulfil customer needs. Brief and coordinate internal and external resources. Manage reviews and consult as appropriate with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment in both scope and deliverables. Hands-on involvement in the design as well as in the production or adaptation of materials.

Tasks:

- Design and create visual and graphical components for digital content (static, animated or interactive);
- Design and create information graphics (static, animated or interactive);
- Occasionally:
- Design and layout of content intended for printing;
- Design of visual identities for teams, events or campaigns

Qualifications:

- Visual communication and design, motion design or interactive design background with minimum 5-7 years of experience;
- Exposure and knowledge of a diverse range of visual communication products;
- Portfolio demonstrating a broad skill set and examples of successful design applied to corporate communications;
- Experience in infographic design;
- Good draughtsmanship skills;
- Some knowledge/expertise in photography and videography preferable
- Strong creative and ideation skills, ability to simplify complex information into visually compelling formats within the limits imposed by corporate design guidelines;
- Expert software skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and other software for Interactive and Motion Design; facility with graphical software and willingness to learn new tools; Healthy curiosity to explore and embrace new technologies and software;
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mentality;
- Customer-oriented and team-player attitude;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work creatively while under time pressure;
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry;
- Enthusiastic personality with drive, highly motivated and excellence in building relationships;
- High levels of integrity, confidence and independence
