Video Conference Project Coordinator

An opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator with experience in Video Conferencing to use their skills in an exciting role! You will be responsible for coordinating a small team to deliver this project to schedule. You MUST have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure!

DUTIES:

- Coordinate a small team to deliver this project to schedule
- Develop and manage a reporting framework for weekly and monthly progress reports
- Manage and maintain records of replaced endpoints in relevant tracking and management systems
- Ensure that established processes are followed and make improvements as appropriate
- Decommission Legacy and provision new video conference endpoints following specified procedures.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Proven ability to coordinate a small team
- Experience in managing projects, including developing reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated knowledge of Polycom and/or Cisco video conferencing products and infrastructure
- Proven experience with fault finding and problem resolution via the phone with technical and non-technical people
- Experience with or knowledge of incident management systems
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to implementing and developing process and procedures
- Proven experience fostering stakeholder relationships
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, in particular office products such as Excel and Word. This involves formulas and formatting.
