Verint Implementation Engineer

THE PROFILE OF THE INDIVIDUAL WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years Verint/Telephony experience.
- Holds, as a minimum, a middle level Verint accreditation.
- Has good experience and competence to administer (add/move/delete) Verint user accounts via the administrator portal.
- Has worked on Avaya PBX/Call Centre/Verint v9.3/v10/v11 for at least 5+ years and can provide demonstrable evidence.
- Has a good understanding of contact centre architecture and how Verint call recording (station side) integrates into this architecture.
- Has project experience of major telephony/Verint call recording rollouts in large enterprises
- Strong problem solving skills and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills through English (written and spoken).

WE REQUIRE THE VERINT CE TO UNDERTAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

- Stage and License Verint products.
- Configure and test new Verint user accounts as required.
- Take a prepared workbook and setup the necessary Verint call recording configuration and associated functionality within a Corporate Voice network.
- Test and verify AES integration with Verint call recording.
- To document and present Verint change requests to the Change Review Board.
- Undertake and complete Verint implementation work in-line with BT best practice and identified processes.
- Participate in the validation of the integrity and quality of other team members Verint work as part of the peer review process, so as to ensure it is right first time and ready for implementation.
- Contribute to the integrity of documentation for Verint infrastructure, particularly updating and reflecting changes to the Verint environment in a timely manner.
- Ownership of the implementation of Verint design components up to and including bringing into service (BIS) sign-off.
- Working very closely day to day with the project team to ensure the Verint rollouts/deployments stay on schedule.
- Have ability to take a Verint design and work on own initiative (if required) to implement it.
