Venture Capital Analyst - Engineering/Electronics Graduate

My client, a global organisation, is seeking an engineering/electronics graduate to work within their venture capital team. The ideal candidate will have a great interest in the current technology trends and what the next big thing is. They will put business cases together and present them to the business and see if partership deals could be created. My client is seeking an enthusiastic graduate that has their finger on the pulse of all the cutting edge technologies.

Duty responsibilities are the following:

- Scouting of start-ups with cutting-edge technologies in different fields
- Arrange call conference and manage meetings with start-ups
- Prepare support material to originate new partnerships deals
- Support the team to delivery market intelligence reports to investigate what are the trends and the competitors in a specific area

Essential Skills/Experience required:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Excellent Researching and technical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at a number of different levels and methods
- Good capability on using MS Office (Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access)
- Consulting capabilities to prepare proper market intelligence reports
- Ability to work under pressure and to maintain deadlines
- Precision in the delivery
