Vehicle Certification and Reliability Consultant (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Professional guide in reliability laboratory building for vehicle component and modules: electric vehicle power chain and control system (such as MDC, MCU, DBOX, BMS and others)
-Capacity-building of reliability test technology and method (such as vibration, acoustic, corrosion, waterproof, etc.) for vehicle component and module
-Independent advice to weather resistant design for vehicle component and module
-Support and develop CAE reliability simulation ability for key hardware modules and give effective improvement based on simulation result
-Active participation in test, analysis and troubleshooting of client's projects
-Supporting and accelerate project global compliance certification according to custom’s requirements
-Support in the acquisition of consulting and engineering assignments
-Holding lectures and training on conferences and workshop within project team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Excellent ability of reliability laboratory management and building
-Very familiar with the mainstream requirements of vehicle hardware system from OEM/Tier 1 vehicle companies
-Very familiar with the international requirements for reliability test process and method
-Profound practical knowledge in dealing with vehicle hardware system reliability test experience and skill
-Successful experience in vehicle unit or system compliance certification
-Profound experience related to automotive component/module/system level compliance reliability test method, standard, in-house requirements & specification such as ISO16949, ISO16750, MIL810G, AEC Q100/101/200 and others
-Familiar with reliability test process, method, tools and equipment of electric vehicle components
-Deep understanding on driver assistance systems, or highly automated driving solution is preferred
-Good English skills and willingness to travel
