Vehicle Certification and Reliability Consultant (m/f)

We are looking for an expert in Vehicle Certification and Reliability Consultant (m/f) for one of our clients.

Key responsibilities (working knowledge of skill in vehicle certification and reliability):
+ Professional guide in reliability laboratory building for our vehicle component and modules: electric vehicle power chain and control system (such as: MDC, MCU, DBOX, BMS, etc.)
+ Capacity-building of reliability test technology and method (such as: vibration, acoustic, corrosion, waterproof, etc.) for our vehicle component and module
+ Independent advice to weather resistance design for our vehicle component and module.
+ Develop CAE reliability simulation ability for key hardware modules and give effective improvement based on simulation result
+ Active participation in test, analysis and troubleshooting of our projects
+ Accelerate project global compliance certification according to custom’s requirements
+ Acquisition of consulting and engineering assignments
+ Holding lectures and training on conferences and workshop.

+ Expert who has a deep understanding of bench test method and very family with test equipment
+ expert to help us to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of vehicle reliability test
+ expert with profound knowledge in test setup and has some experience how to build power supply chain in test method
+ Experience in reliability laboratory operation for vehicle components
+ Profound experience related to automotive component/module/system level compliance reliability test method, standard, in-house requirements & specification，such as:
o ISO16949, ISO16750, MIL810G etc.
o AEC Q100/101/200 etc.
+ Familiar with reliability test process, method, tools and equipment of electric vehicle components
+ Deep understanding on driver assistance systems, or highly automated driving solution is preferred.
