IT Business Analyst wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical industry based in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- You have between 2 to 5 years' experience in CRM BA/implementation role in the LIFE SCIENCES INDUSTRY
- You have understanding of commercial effectiveness through IT systems and experience in the implementation of new CRM SYSTEMS(SALESFORCE.COM OR VEEVA)
- You are interested in the role of technology in improving the effectiveness, quality and profitability of healthcare services
- YOU ARE CERTIFIED VEEVA ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SFDC ADMINISTRATOR (A PLUS)
- The ability to lead and enroll the client to create and implement change
- A results-oriented perspective combined with creativity and a natural sense of curiosity
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (additional knowledge in SFDC preferred) or with a current BI platform (eg Qlikview, MicroStrategy, Tableau or Business Objects
- Professional fluency in English
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing your expertise on CRM subject matter
- Acting as Business Analyst, and IT integration consultant, providing reports to clients and internally accordingly
- Conducting the client requirements gathering and providing recommendations for CRM implementation in Europe/Canada
- Performing client interviews, preparing documents, including graphics and text creation for client presentations
- Taking part in business process decomposition and re-engineering in technology implementation project team
- Traveling to and working at client sites in various cities and countries on a weekly basis- ( Madrid - Zurich)
- Writing functional and detailed specifications, process documentation and business requirement documentations.
