Validation Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Design, implement, and execute experiments to characterize the performance of High Speed PHYs and SerDes circuits and systems
- Conduct extensive analysis of test results, identify issues, and propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance of circuits
- Develop and maintain test methodologies, test benches, and automation scripts for efficient characterization
- High speed board design (schematic, PCB and follow manufacturing)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design improvements and optimizations based on characterization results
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the characterization process
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and standards related to high-speed SerDes technology for USB and PCIe interfaces
- Document characterization procedures, results, and findings in clear and concise reports
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Verification teams to define test requirements and ensure proper functionality and performance of SerDes designs

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Well-founded experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Python (coding and scripting)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French is an advantageous
