Validation Engineer

VALIDATION ENGINEER CHANDLER, AZ 6 MONTH CONTRACT

The Engineer in this position will validate code developed by 3rd party. The candidate will perform software testing, quality assurance, and systems validation. Validation Engineer will also create Build Packages and work with release managers to deploy builds.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

- Solid programming skills with C and C++ and experience in writing Linux applications
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance and systems validation is required
- Knowledge of Open Source Licenses
- Knowledge/experience with Git/Gerrit
- Experience in Linux operating systems is required including system administration
- Experience in Scripting with tools such as Perl, Python and Linux Shell Scripting
- Experience in build tools (C++ Compiler, CMake, GNU Make, etc.)
- Experience with automated and manual test development required
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English
