Validation Consultant in Biochemistry

One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Validation Consultant with experience in Biochemistry

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Consultant for Biological Reagents Validation (bridging) in the Biochemistry group from QC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Produce biological reagents validation (bridging) files:

- Establish strategy for reagents to bridge/validate in collaboration with supervisor in charge of the method
- Translate strategy into validation protocol and experimental plan and communicate with supervisor and lab technicians in charge of theanalytical method
- Follow-up of experiments related to validations with laboratories and collect data
- Redaction of validation reports and submission to Validation Managerand QA

* Management of its own workload in collaboration with Validation team.

PREREQUISITES:

Education:

* Scientific degree

Knowledge:

* Bilingual French/English, written compentences in English
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure due to the requested flexibility and reactivity of the activities
* Autonomous
* Hands-on mentality
* Ability to work in project teams in a multidisciplinary environmentand a matricial organization

Experience:

* Experience in pharma & GMP is an asset.
* Experience in analytical techniques is an asset and knowledge ofbiochemical techniques (ELISA, MSD-HPLC, gel electrophoresis, ) ishighly recommended.
* Confirmed experience in reagent validation is highly recommended

TRAINING PERIOD :

2 months "on the floor training/coaching" is anticipated for thisposition
