Projektbeschreibung
Our client, a leading international actor operating in the healthcare, life science and performance material industry, is looking for a Senior UX/UI designer who will join the Software Engineering - Medical Devices Team near Geneva and will be responsible for:
INTERFACE DESIGN
Quality design outcomes
To undertake user experience research
To explore innovative user experience concepts including zero user interface design, predictive technology, design thinking
To provide best practice around user experience approach
To develop outstanding and scalable user experience design through journey map, story-boards, wireframes and click-thru prototypes
To prepare and design instruction for use (IFU) documentations for new devices
To analyze data insights and other analytics or user feedback on medical devices usage
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
To manage stakeholder expectations and feedback
To collaborate with external experts and internal team members in order to build a strong understanding of patient needs
To set-up and update the global design guidelines applicable across MD&S software products
To guide and review suppliers user experience design deliverable
To work with user experience test laboratories in developing test plans
To test and report on design defects then follow-up on implementation
To estimate work load and manage budget allocated to projects for user experience deliverables
To apply compliance and regulation specifications
YOUR PROFILE:
Passion for design innovation and technology
Excellent design skills including interaction design
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to question - conceptual and strategic thinking
Strong experience in project management and experience managing 3rd party suppliers
Experience working in design projects with multi-disciplinary co-located teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at different level of the organization and to negotiate
Capacity to adapt easily within an evolving intercultural and demanding environment
Excellent skills using design software (Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SketchApp, InVision
Knowledge of project management tools (Atlassian products)
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
Fluent in English and French.
