UX/UI Designer + Mobile Applications

Experienced user experience/user interface designer who specialises in mobile applications to join a market leading bank. You will be responsible for the UX/UI design across multiple platforms - iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. Would suit an experienced mobile applications designer looking to share their passion and knowledge in order to produce next generation mobile customer experience solutions. 3 month contract with opportunity for a 3 month extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide innovative and creative solutions to complex problems across multiple platforms - mobile/touch based devices, iOS, Android, Windows Mobile and Front End.
- Make decisions on usability, accessibility and user experience for all mobile applications.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine requirements, present findings/solutions and gather feedback.
- Work collaboratively with a team of mobile designers and developers to produce high quality mobile applications.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of design issues.
- Deliver customer oriented designs and ensure adherence to best practice.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- MUST have 5+ years experience in UI/UX DESIGN FOR MOBILE/TOUCH BASED DEVICES (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile 8).
- Proven track record in innovative thinking.
- Experienced with UX design, UI, analysis, wireframing, prototyping, usability, accessibility and mobile application design.
- Competent with visual design tools, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Experience within the Australian banking or financial services industry will be highly regarded.
