UX Researcher Digital User Researcher - North East - Gov

User Researcher - Digital UX Researcher required for a major Government Department based in the North East.

Candidates should have the following experience:- Proven experience of managing, executing User Research, ability to define user journeys, experience of developing personas, able to capture requirements, outlining process flows, experience of testing on devices other than desktop computers eg smartphones and tablets and have demonstrable knowledge, experience in and passion for web user centred design practices.

Key tasks will include:- Plan, design and conduct user research sessions on a regular basis, testing both high-level concepts and aspects of the service as it is designed and developed, delivering excellent digital public services, supporting the learning and development of less experienced User Researchers and working in an Agile environment.

The roles will be based in the North East, run for 6 months initially with a daily rate of circa 450 to 550.
