-Interaction design
-Usability evaluation
-User research
-Personal development/user journeys
-Act as usability lead person in projects and manage stakeholders from all areas and tailor processes considering the whole context
-Drive end-to-end solutions over multiple products and lifecycle teams
-Responsibility for the application of the usability engineering process in projects by direct support, coaching, consulting and/or reviews
-Responsibility for the application of the UX guidelines
-Accountable within the project for synchronising with interaction designers of other projects
-Responsible for coordination of and decisions on usability engineering activities

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Proven experience in interaction design
-Proven experience in usability evaluation
-Profound experience in user research
-Solid experience in personal development/user journeys
-Knowledge of Axure, Balsamiq, Office, Adobe
-Training certificate from a technical or business institute (e.g. in engineering, accounting, applied psychology) or other recognised professional qualification
-Proficient German and very good English language skills
