UX Designer - UCD, Agile, Scrum, Axure

UX Designer - UCD, Agile, Scrum, Axure is required by my client who is based in Woking, Surrey.

The successful candidate will have excellent creative vision and a coherent approach to design. They will also be required to show examples of strong clean design sets in a portfolio format. The right person will need to be confident when liaising with internal and external clients and users to gather/analyse requirements.

Experience/Skills required:

Solid and demonstrable UX experience working on Complex and Rich business facing applications.
Solid a demonstrable UX experience with - wire framing, process flows, designing interactive prototypes, User observations, user interaction best practices and usability testing and validation.
Solid understanding and hands on experience of implementing UCD- User Centred Design.
Experience of designing and developing productivity tools for internal and external products. 
Experience and understanding of Agile/Scrum process.

Desirable Skills:

Design and Development experience with MS Expression Blend suite.
Design and Development experience with Silverlight and WPF.
Working knowledge of Axure and/or Omnigraffle would be highly desirable
