UX Designer - Practitioner

An excellent long term contract opportunity awaits an experienced UX Designer/Practitioner with a Federal Government client

To be successful the ideal candidate will have the following;

- Experience and proven understanding of User Centred Design methodology (Government experience desirable)
- Experience in developing User Experience methodologies including processes, procedures and artefacts in large organisations.
- Proven ability to communicate and present User Experience benefits
- Demonstrated experience in: Undertaking user research, identifying user pathways, defining information hierarchy, analysis of requirements to produce wireframes, producing high fidelity user interface designs, undertaking user interaction design, conducting user testing
- Sound time management and organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to build strong productive working relationships with stakeholders
- Good understanding of the Systems Development LifeCycle (SDLC).
