* Very strong User (UX) experience Design

* Strong online Product knowledge  (Ideally Education Sector knowledge)

* User Research

* Product propositions

* Agile/Lean Project Management techniques and methodologies

* User flow/Touch-point maps/Wireframes

* Knowledge of Information Architecture.

* Essentially you must be a team player OK - Excellent communication skills and a desire to work and share your ideas in a collaborative manner

*I would like to see evidence of your comprehensive talent for optimizing the User journey across all of the existing course material and champion the entire UX process from end 2 end - Working closely with all key parts of the business -Technical-Instructional Design as well as the Marketing division.
