Selection criteria

-The Facilitate workshops and other sessions related to Customer Service Design Journeys and other deliverables.
-The Ability to analyze requirements, data, market research, internal strategy and tactics.
-The Visualizing and summarizing processes and customer experiences in clear diagrams.

CONTRACT: 4months +

LOCATION: Utrecht
