UX Analyst

A multinational group within the Financial Services Industry and with a strong IT Focus, seek a UX Analyst to join their already impressive UX teams.
You will be joining their centre of excellence for UX research and design. The work will be varied and challenging. You will conduct user research and UX design on projects across web, mobile and tablet platforms. You will also help establish and communicate standards for UX practice, assisting application teams with understanding and implementing these UX standards in your own project work. This will be based in their state of the art Dublin City Centre Offices. This will be a long term daily rate contract, with strong rates. A very contract friendly environment awaits you.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCED: You have at least five years experience in a UX role. You either have a degree in UX design or a related discipline, or a long track record of UX design practice.
- LEADER: You have strong people and project management skills, and are comfortable working either as a project leader or as a contributor one a larger team.
- COMMUNICATOR: You use data and design to make the complex ideas and situations clear and understandable. You present well, write well and make great infographics and diagrams that aid understanding.
- FACILITATOR: You can plan and conduct meetings and workshops that help teams build a shared understanding of a problem and work collaboratively to define a solution.
- ORGANISED: You are comfortable organising your time among multiple projects and can stay focused on getting the right things done at the right time.
- TECHNOLOGY SAVVY: You know enough about the capabilities and limitations of web and mobile technologies to collaborate with technology professionals on product design.
BONUS SKILLS It would be a real bonus if you also had some capabilities in one or both of these skills:
- PROTOTYPER: You can make working prototypes of your designs, using common prototyping tools like Flash or in code.
- VISUAL DESIGN: You can move beyond wireframes and produce passable work in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools.
This company can facilitate an immediate start. However, they are happy to accommodate a notice period where necessary.
