Utilities/Facilities Process Engineer

Our global medical device client is currently seeking a Utilities/Facilities Process Engineer to manage and support leadership of Utilities/Facilities process and improvement projects including capital projects. The successful contractor will be responsible for the KPIs with Water For Injection (WFI) generationensuring the same processes are operating to maximum efficiency with maximum uptime.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- To ensure Utilities is compliant to all associated standards for site, local, corporate, and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for the site remaining compliant with all relevant and up to date Utilities/Facilities policies and standards.
- Strategic planning, including the development of a Utilities/Facilities strategy plan to ensure the site meets future customer demand forecasts for production output.
- Responsible for the implementation of Utilities/Facilities best practice relevant to all Utilities Plant & Equipment to meet the requirements of the Sites Maintenance Excellence Program.
- Developing, maintaining, and reporting of Utilities performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Strong Engineering experience in a pharmaceutical, process or regulated industry
- A strong working knowledge of Utilities/Facilities equipment & systems
- Excellent knowledge and experience of documentation, standards, and guidelines.
- A strong working knowledge of lean methodology
- A strong working knowledge of site plant processes including Production, Packaging, QA, QC & Materials etc.
