USSD O&M Engineer

We URGENTLY require a USSD O&M Engineer for a high profile role working with a major vendor
-Preventive maintenance activities (health checks, perform/verify backups)
-Fault handling and corrective actions
-Investigate and troubleshoot the problems
-Follow up with support for CSRs (Tickets)
-Participate in project activities, implementing/adapting (new) E2E service functionalities.
-RBT/USSD/ADC experience
-Rollout of New Feature as per MOP
-Onsite contact for 3PPs support, Problem Escalations and Follow-ups with Back Office
-Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to Customer Service Requests and O&M queries of low/medium complexity
-Fixing the customer care tickets
-Technical and leadership skills
-Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements.
-Traffic monitoring
-Traffic management/analysis
