Our client is urgently looking for a strong User Responsible Project Manager with experience in Project UX design, User experience, Development teams to work on a critical project in Norway.

A successful candidate will have strong experience in:

- Project/UX design: You have worked as a project manager in the development team
- working with user experience and design of this in cooperation with users and developers.

- Experience with use-cases and taking part in the testing

The role:

We are looking on behalf of clients a "User responsible -delprosjektleder" who will be responsible for identifying user requirements in the context of a larger development. You are responsible for regularly monitoring and contact with the client and to ensure the establishment and monitoring of Reference to ensure mutual understanding of goals and delivery ila 12 months.

* A user charge/interaction designer, the role between the project, project management (where the solution is docked), customer and user.
* Have a focus on the user to be able to complete tasks customer and management/supplier in developing the company wants to implement.
* The role is to be process driver how good usability/usability are key in product development.
* The role is to work with relational construction and in many ways be a motivator that govern expectations and make sure that customers, suppliers and the users' needs get the right focus.
* User responsible holds the strings and makes sure that things are done at the right time in relation to the development, testing and dialogue with user groups (including the reference groups).
* User responsible -delprosjektleder are responsible for their user experience and interaction design are in accordance with the standards and requirements.
* Helps with use-cases and taking part in the testing

The tasks:

It must be established Reference Group and the Super Users/Groups.

Allowing user responsible -delprosjektleder can guide them and help to:
* Prepare and manage expectations of the client, provider and users. (Scorecard)
* Ensure Anchoring among key user groups.
* Disseminate information and help to create internal ambassadors in different environments and contribute to enthusiasm.
* And not least - regularly maintain forums with key partners such as Supplier wants to hear.
* Act as liaison to the Vendor's development team.
* Development Leader (Functional) architects and key developers have the discussion as early as possible.
* Key discussion partners to keep the project realizable within time and budget

Responsibilities in the project:
* Understanding the development and modes of problem and existing solutions
* Be familiar with the requirements set by laws/regulations and standards
* Establish Reference Group and the Super Users/Groups.
* Establish cooperation forums against contractor's management and development teams
* Prepare and manage expectations by the contracting authority/customer, supplier and business users.
* Interview/observation of users
* Workshops with trendsetters
* Establishment of the Use Cases
* First sketches of flow
* More detailed sketches
* User Interface Design (sound as important as visual)
* User Tests
* Test/QA with developers
* Documentation

This is a Swedish or Norwegian speaking role.
