User Interface/User Experience Design Lead

USER EXPERIENCE/USER INTERFACE DESIGN LEAD

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the user experience and interaction efforts for this enterprise software transformation. Will work with key stakeholders and design team to develop new approaches and standards for UX/UI as well as communicate and lead efforts for effective Human Computer Interaction design principles. This requires abilities to discern business requirements and develop strategy and tactical plans for fulfillment using the latest tools, methodologies and technologies - web and mobile.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of Expertise in User Experience and User Interaction for web applications and large web sites
- Advanced skills with latest methodologies (Lean, Agile), wireframes and story boards (Balsamiq, VS Storyboard, PowerPoint, etc.) and design related technologies such as Adobe Creative, HTML simulation, Axure
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills - Listen, Lead, Mentor, Teach, Train and Evangelize
- Previous experience leading end to end process with examples and record of dynamic delivery
- Strong ability to thrive under pressure
