User Experience Researcher (m/f/d)

For our client, a worldwide famous company, specialized in internet-related services and provider of the most used web search worldwide, we are currently hiring a technical User Experience Researcher (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
* Assist with user testing preparation activities as part of a UX research team
* Conduct in-¬person user interviews
* Create summary documentation for presentations
* Independently draw basic conclusions from research
* Observe usability testing sessions, taking notes, and providing detailed transcripts for the team
* Substantial qualitative & simple quantitative (basic statistics) data analysis

Requirements:
* B.S./B.A. in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other field focusing on human behaviour
* At least 1 year experience in usability tests, surveys, field interviews
* Strong detail¬-oriented working style
* Understands basic (user experience) research methods
* Skilled at conducting in¬-person interviews
* Comfortable with and skilled at analysing large qualitative datasets (e.g., interview videos, transcripts, open-¬ended survey responses)
* Can work independently and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects
* Strong oral and written communication skills
