ABOUT THE ROLE

Experienced UX Designer required with solid UX, wireframing, user journey and stakeholder management experience. This role sits onsite as part of an integrated creative agency team at a major blue chip customer.

You should have experience in Wire-framing, customer reviews and user journeys, online shopping, E-commerce, Improvements, shout-outs and amends. You will also be required to manage stakeholders face to face in a highly transparent environment to ensure that you are visible to all parties and ensure the correct requirements are taken and are being delivered against.

Candidates will need to be confident with excellent communication skills. Suitable candidates will have demonstrable experience working in corporate environments delivering creative UX for both project work and business as usual requirements. This could cover a number of live incidents, critical amends and improving user feedback across many of the major parts of the large web estate.
