User Experience Designer

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced UX DESIGNER to assist with the user experience, web design and user interface development process. Reporting to the Web Development Manager you will be responsible for aesthetic user interfaces that are cross browser compliant and accessible.

Your duties:

- Analysing user interactions and design and implementing graphical user interfaces
- Delivering implementations and participating in regular demonstrations
- Communicating with internal development teams to ensure that the proposed interface designs are practical to implement

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Proven experience in user experience and interaction design for data rich web applications
- Experience with development teams, in particular with Microsoft .NET websites
- Previous exposure to Visual Studio and C#
- Experience in web application development environments including JavaScript/AJAX/HTML 5/CSS3 application as well as graphics, images and icons
- Graphic design skills in either Photoshop or Illustrator
- Understanding of mobile device memory management, features and its limitations for web apps
- Demonstrated experience with user testing
- Exposure to development tools including version control (TFS) IDE (Visual Studio), continuous integration
