User Experience & Content Management Deputy - up to £810 per day - Lon

Job title: User Experience & Content Management Deputy

Our financial services client is seeking a highly experienced User Experience & Content Management Deputy to deputise for the Head of User Experience to support 4 members of the management team (both User Experience and Content). The remit will be across 3 core brands and a number of specialist brands.

In particular this role will aid these managers to make decisions in relation to the following areas:

- Provide support and guidance in the development of new online customer experiences
- Ensure all content is developed and deployed according to our risk governance framework
- Encourage greater use of customer journey data analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing customer journeys
- Bring together UX governance into one central repository such as Brand and UX guidelines. Support or lead influencing key stakeholders including senior management, product teams, legal, compliance and content management to gain buy-in to recommendations for change
- Help determine how to embed MVT and customer usability in-house lab into core UX processes
- Develop strong relationships and manage plan of proactive initiatives to drive sales activity across products
- Aiding team leaders to prioritise what activities are most important.

Core Skills required:

- Recent and extensive financial services background
- The candidate will have lead an agency team or UX in house team
- They will have some knowledge of content management systems preferably Teamsite
- Have great people skills and be able to engage and lead a senior team.
- Will understand how to operate in a large organisation and be a good decision maker.
