User Access Support Specialist

For our pharmaceutical client in Zug, we are seeking a User Access Support Specialist

Start Date: 28th March 2016
End Date: 30th December 2016
Location: Zug
Language: English, German is a plus

Your responsibilities:

Coordinate the platform-wide changes related to organisation, following the defines security authorisation concept principles and authorisation related to change management framework
Coordination and performance remediation actions
SAP Europe platform side authorisation related impact assessment to prepare subsequent change request submissions - coordination with role owners, end users, compliance and IT teams
Support user acceptance testing
Manage and update SAP GRC master data - and communicate to key stakeholders
Coordinate the verification of localised rule-set with key users
Ensure SAP GRC ARA reports are complete and accurate
Produce management dashboard reports and KPI indicators
Support business for different change requests - ensure requests are submitted and followed in Solution Manage application
Perform data analysis, cleansing and mapping for new tool implementation
Data reconciliation and gap analysis

Your experience:

4+ years in user access management
Expert in heavy master data handling using the ACL (access control list)/data analytics tool)
Data conversation and migration requirements understanding
Strong understanding of IT security roles
Strong teamwork - including working with remote teams
Communication, collaboration and conflict management skills
Fluency in English, German is a plus
