USER ACCESS MANAGEMENT EXPERT (CISSP)

My client in Brussels i currently looking for a User Access Management Expert (Security Specialist) for a long contract.

KEY SKILLS (USER ACCESS MANAGEMENT EXPERT (CISSP)

- Develop and document information security procedures to enforce information security standards
- Establish and maintain governance regarding user access management, by clearly describing roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders within the organization, by documenting procedures and working instructions..
- Design and implement the user access management processes (UAMP), covering Identity management, Authentication management and Authorization management based on role-based access control, throughout the life cycle of identities and authorizations.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable user access control framework (internal security policies and minimum standards, regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley ).
- Advice and support ING Belgium asset owners and IT custodians in managing access to their assets and implementing role-based access control whenever possible.
- Establish strong partnership with user access stakeholders, both internal and external.
- A Master degree (or equivalent experience), preferably with a specialisation in IT and more specifically in user access control models (DAC, MAC, RBAC) and technologies (AD, OIM, ITIM, Aveksa ).
-Experience in user access process definition and implementation.
-At minimum a general knowledge of the banking industry
- Optionally a certification such as CISM and/or CISSP or equivalent.
