Usability UX Designer - Switzerland

Our client, a large international organisation, is looking for a usability designer to be part of a design thinking team and develop new working tools, improving existing tools and promote design thinking within the organisation.

With a background in usability design, user-centric design methods and prototyping, you will work with users to understand their needs and develop value propositions and product designs. Aiming at improving business tools and increasing business efficiency through their use, you will be proficient in developing storyboards, user scenarios, wireframes as well as UX software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Solid presentation skills (video, workshop, senior management panels), the ability to "sell" new solutions to key decision makers and users are essential.

You will be creative individual with a flair for understanding business requirements and translating them into design-thinking solutions with the user and business at the heart of your solutions.
