Usability Researcher

USABILITY RESEARCHER BELLEVUE, WA 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Conduct user and market research to understand the needs and desires of your target audience. Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of competitive products including analysis of product features, design, perceived strengths and weaknesses. Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of software products including comparisons to past, current and future competitive offerings. Document and present recommendations based on research and analysis. Work with the supervising Usability Engineer or Manager in identifying and addressing critical usability issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years of experience conducting lab research and usability studies
- Strong communication skills, working with many stakeholders!
- Experience in collecting user insights and able to articulate findings
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Master's Degree or higher required, preferably in Psychology, Human Factors, Human Computer Science
- Bilingual or multilingual a huge plus
