We re looking for a candidate who can execute studies (lab and field) independently from start to finish, including reporting. We need someone who will be comfortable working in partnership with another UXR. Sometimes s/he will be asked to do a study on their own, and other times s/he would be supporting another UXR and need to take direction. Ability to adapt in a changing environment is key.

OVERVIEW:

- Conduct Research lab and field studies, analysing data, reporting findings, managing panel of customers
- Ensure that the UXR SharePoint is kept up-to-date with the latest findings
- Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of competitive products including analysis of product features, design, perceived strengths and weaknesses.
- Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of products including comparisons to past, current and future competitive offerings.
- Document and present recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Work with the supervising Usability Engineer or Manager in identifying and addressing critical usability issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced in UX Research lab and field studies
- Skills to analyze findings and present to teams
- Good project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Usability lab tools a plus
