Usability Analyst

Title: Usability Analyst
Type: Contract- 3 months (with opportunity to extend)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339

The usability team with one of our top clients is looking for a Usability Analyst.  This team uses usertesting(testing) and user zoom (surveys) for testing/survey platforms.  The role would plan, conduct and report on usability testing; however, this individual would not interface/manage testing vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:         

- Plan, write, execute, report moderated and un-moderated usability tests
- Plan, write, code, launch usability surveys
- Conduct observation sessions and action meetings

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- 3-5 years of survey and moderating experience
