Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Zollprozessen im SAP - IT/Beratung

Aufgabe:
Implementation of released customs related processes in 2 ERP Systems for US and Canada affiliates in 4 phases.

Phase 1
- Goods Description and HTS Coding
- Process roll-out for Country of Origin,
- Groups definition in Zoll-WebTool (Tool to define GD and HTS Coding)
- Z9 stop functionality for US and Canada affiliates

Phase 2
- Master data cleaning

Phase 3
- Implementations for Customs Value and Reconciliation processes in alignment with implementation project

Phase 4
- Customs Processing, Preference Calculation and Master Data cleaning in alignment with implementation project

Internationalisierung der vorhandenen Implementierung der Prozesse,
- Gap analysis for medical processes and data use for global use
- Functional and implementation concepts of identified changes
- Interfaces concepts
- Operational concept
- Specification of test cases, validation and test concept
- Implementations and developer testing of defined changes and interfaces
- Implementation of simulation report for Z9 stop functionality in order to support data cleaning activities
- Support for preparation of training documentations and execution of training sessions
- Debug handling during test phase
- After-go-live support

Implementierung der Programmlogik und des Customizings in einem anderen SAP System
- Gap analysis to transfer medical processes and data use to another SAP system for global use
- Implementation as stated for System above

Anforderung:
- Tiefes Know How sowohl fachlich als auch technisch im Bereich der Zollabwicklung/Export
- Langjährige Erfahrung im SD-FT (Customizing, technische Konzeption etc.)
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und ERstellung von technischen Spezifikationen
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch

Umgebung/Sonstiges:
- Verbunden mit Reisetätigkeiten in die USA und Kanada (ca. 1/3 des Projektumfangs)
