UNIX/SQL BANKING APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT - BUDAPEST - HUNGARY
THE CLIENT:- Our client, a Global Consultancy (FTSE 500) currently requires a Banking Application Support Engineer for a 6 month contract in Budapest - Hungary
ROLE:- Incident & Problem Management
L2 Application Support consisting of fixing and resolution of user queries, incidents and service requests
Track to permanent resolution by finding the RCA or escalating to L3 support for finding the RCS and permanent resolution
File command/management, log file investigation etc.
CANDIDATE:- Application support in Banking and Financial Services - ideally in Retail banking sector
Customer focused
UNIX/SQL support experience
Production Support ie problem/change management
Must speak Hungarian & English
RATE:- €190 - €210 per day
