Unix Expert - Unix/Linux/Shell/Perl

Montash have been engaged by a Global Technology organisation to source and secure a Unix Expert to join an environment development and support team. The Unix Expert will need a strong background in developing Perl and Shell Scripts and an excellent technical background with Unix and Linux. The Unix Expert will require a good footing in Virtualization techniques and tools: KVM, Solaris Zones ect.

Experience of providing support in a highly demanding environment is key, strong engagement skills and the ability to lead a team. The Support will be for the Virtualised Test Environment and a proactive mindset is required.

Skills:

- Excellent Unix/Linux experience
- Strong Perl and Shell Scripting experience
- Virtualisation techniques and tools: KVM, Solaris Zones ect
- Strong engagement and ability to lead a team.
