Universal Associate/Customer Service Representative III (Float) Mayfie

We are searching for a Universal Associate/Customer Service Representative III with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in retail branch banking working on the platform and in the teller window. The candidate will be proficient in running a teller window, opening depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's) taking HELOC/HELOAN applications and resolving customer issues on the platform. Conventional First Mortgage application experience is a plus. The successful candidate will work in all areas of the branch and will work within a regional area consisting of 3 to 5 different branch locations. The home office for this position is our Mayfield Rd. Branch Office located in Lyndhust, OH. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, work well in a fast paced environment and thrive in a team based setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 months of recent Teller experience.
- 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings, Equity loan applications and resolving customer issues.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, as well as positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills are required.
- Successful candidates will work in all areas of the branch.
- Conventional First Mortgage experience is a plus if you meet all other requirements.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability and willingness to work within a regional area of 3 to 5 branch locations rotating when and where needed.

NOTE: The position requires recent Retail Branch Platform, Teller and Equity Loan and Equity Line applications experience.
