Summary:
You will deliver the technologies; solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their Unified Communication & Video Collaboration deployments.
Profile:
Unified Comms -
Experience in either Deployment (designing, installing, configuring) UC solutions or experience in providing technical support for CUCM (Call manager), Unity Connection (Voice Mail), Voice gateways
Good understanding of telephony dial plan design, implementation, and some of the call control/routing protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
Video -
Good Knowledge of Business Video Solutions.
Experience in Deploying (designing, installing, configuring) or supporting Solutions like TelePresence or Tandberg video conferencing.
Ability to implement call control, Scheduling, Conferencing and recording (CUCM, Conductor, TMS, MSE, TPS), given a design document and customer requirements.
Good Understanding of TCP/IP concepts and some of the protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TFTP, NTP, LDAP, IP Networking, LAN/WAN switching/routing technologies and protocols
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for customers during software and hardware upgrades.
Deliver migration plans, with a thorough understanding on networked applications and related dependencies.
Languages: English (fluent) & one other European Language
