Superb opening is now available for a Cisco Voice Support Engineer with a specialisation in providing final line support for Cisco Unified Communications platforms to join the team of a leading Cisco Gold partner. A home based role providing a final line of support to typically enterprise level customers, this is a stimulating technical position working within a team of Unified Communications specialists. The role will involve providing support on Unified Communication (UC) devices including CUCM, CUCME, UCCX, CUE, UNITY, UNITY Connection, Presence, Meeting place, Webex and some 3rd Party products such as IPFX. CCVP or CCIE Voice certification is necessary. Your continual professional development will be supported with training courses and certifications as needed.
