UK Managing Director - International Operator

The Executive Search Division at Progressive Global Energy have been asked by an international and exceptionally well respected operator to source a Managing Director for their UK and Norway Business.

This role will involve managing all aspects of the regional operations and strategy, reporting to the board of directors and shareholders.

Allister Graham (Head of the Senior Appointments & Executive Search Division) would like to speak to exceptional business leaders with a substantial track record in managing an international oil and gas operator at Managing Director level or similar.

Ideal candidates will be MBA qualified and have a strong network of industry contacts and be able to demonstrate their plans to take the region to the next level.

This role will be paying a full executive package which will be flexible on the strength of the candidate, including substantial performance and share allocation.
