Lead UX User Experience Designer

Our client, with a creative agency feel, is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer for a 6-12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity and be able to motivate and lead with ease. This person will have a collaborative spirit and be able to pull people together within a highly political environment. You will not only have strong interaction design experience, but also possess amazing soft skills. You should also have proven success in creative direction, leading internal and external design teams. Lastly, any large company, co-branded websites with B-to-B and B-to-C platforms Creativity, imagination, and a sense of humor complete the package!

- Determine and recommend the most complex industry leading user interface design solutions user-centered Customer Experience tasks, tools, deliverables and milestones
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions
- Develop scenarios, navigational structures, sitemaps, user flows, screen designs, interaction models, functional templates and prototypes
- Represent the main point of contact with clients and partners, escalting and resolving issues
- Information architect, interaction designer, experience designer or a similar role.
- Exceptional story telling and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead designers in a cross functional team
- Establishes, promotes design guidelines and best practices
