UI/UX Designer

You will be responsible for:
*Executing UX and UI design for digital marketing products across multiple platforms including smartphone, web, and social media.
*Identifying and defining user journeys for all products across the full user life cycle
*Participating in information and gathering of user requirements for all products
*Building all wireframes and UI prototypes
*Testing and validating UX designs with the user base
*Researching and validating new techniques for UI/UX that can be applied to products
*Facilitating demonstration & review sessions with the user base and project stakeholders to refine UI/UX concepts

Skills and Experience Required
*5 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically in mobile and online applications for both consumers and business clients.
*Proven proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, Javascript and HTML5 or equivalent graphic design and wireframing tools
*Practical experience of the leading UI/UX development for web, mobile or social commerce applications.
*Strong experience in various UX research and design techniques including requirements gathering and understanding, developing personas and user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
*Great presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills.
*Good technical appreciation of the application development life cycle.
*Ability to work in a collaboratively in a multi-discipline team is essential
