UI Developer - 3 Month Contract - Berkshire

* UI Developer - 3 Month Contract - Berkshire * A leading provider of customer focused supply chain management solutions that are experiencing a large influx of work are looking for a UI Developer to join their team for an initial 3 month contract based in Berkshire. The UI Developer will help improve current and future projects by gathering end user requirements and feedback to help develop the flow of the user journey by developing prototypes for the internal team. The UI Developer will be responsible for: -Design and build front-end layouts for end user projects- Creating front-end layouts by taking a completed design, splicing and converting into HTML/CSS- Assisting in UI Design, prototyping, and wireframing for new features in the platform- Creating interactive experiences using JQuery- Working with the product owners to take on board feedback and act where necessary The successful UI Developer will have the following skills and experience: - Solid understanding of the latest web technologies, including HTML5/CSS and JavaScript- Design experience for websites and/or applications- JQuery or similar JavaScript library- Adobe Creative Suite skills (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator)- Experience with Agile/Scrum is preferred but not necessary Previous experience working within the Retail, Supply Chain, Fashion, Logistics, Freight, Warehouse or ERP Business solutions/industry is highly advantageous.
