We are searching for a (UCC) Unified Communications Consultant/Lync Consultant to manage the migrations from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013.

Applicants should have expert knowledge with installation, configuration and maintenance of MS Lync, UC/VOIP/AudioCodes Unified Messaging Gateways and Fax Solutions.

We are looking for a (UCC) Unified Communications Consultant/Lync Consultant who has managed a Lync 2010 to Lync 2013 migrations previously and with knowledge in:-
- Install Lync server 2013
- Lync 2010 to Lync 2013 federation, migration approach
- Solve connectivity problems with Lync
- Create & check DNS SRV records
- Configuring the Front End server
- login to Lync on mobile devices
- Handle most important server roles
- Handle issues with protocol stacks
- Sharepoint set-up, AD Setup
- Domain controllers, double Back End pools during migration
- Call Manager to PSTN, PST engagement
- Integrate Office - Skype functionality
- Usage of Polycom
- Implementation of SIP trunking
- Enabling functions of recording
- How to interface members to Lync environment (trust set-up - federation - patching domains)
- Handling of Network & Directory services
- Federate within different domains
- Lync to LDAP push
- Troubleshooting
