UCC Technical Consultant

Summary:
You will be responsible to deliver the technologies; solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their Contact Center deployments. You must be a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues.

Profile:
Deployment (planning, design & implementation) of Contact Centre Solution with Cisco, Avaya, Aspect or genesis product suite
Excellent Knowledge in the following areas, Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centres, Call Scripts, and IVR Scripts
Good understanding of IP Telephony protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, and different Codecs.
Knowledge of Cisco Product Suite - Call Manager (CUCM), Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE), Voice Gateways and related products
Knowledge in at any 2 of the following add on components CUPS, IPIVR, CIM, Social Miner, CUIC, Finesse, Gateways, Gatekeepers, CUSP
Experience in ICM Scripting, IVR/CVP Scripts

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing Planning, Designing, Implementation, Operation and Optimization assistance. Participate in Contact Centre design/implementation and migration, or problem resolution projects. Deliver migration plans, with a thorough understanding on networked applications and related dependencies. You will need a high degree of analytical and logical reasoning.

Languages: English (fluent) & one other European Language
