UAT Test Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global financial services institution for a UAT Test Manager to establish a centralised testing team with the goal of providing end-user and regression testing for a new platform release.

The responsibilities include:

- Creation and definition of the new team within the wider group
- Defining the scope of the testing for each platform release
- Developing and owning an appropriate testing framework and architecture in line with organisation needs
- Working with the business side, design, document and implement testing processes including a new regression and end-to-end testing framework
- Develop a virtual test team and establish this as a core function within the organistion
- Own the full test function
- Monitor test pipelines

Skills required for the role:

- Experience in a Test Manager role
- Financial Services experience is required
- Broad understanding of various testing disciplines including Agile
- Leadership and Management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skills in HP quality centre and the full MS Office suite
- Extensive experience in the SDLC and Full Testing Lifecycle
- Experience managing the testing function on multiple projects
